Pervasive Systems for Elder Care
We will be working on a project with the goal of assisting the elderly in their homes. Essentially we are creating a home automation system. We will create a voice-activated app using C# and Cortana which will control various items throughout the home, such as lights, appliances, etc. The app will be ran using a Windows 10 tablet. Some technologies that we will be implementing are: Mongo DB, Web API's, OpenHAB, Node.js, and more.
